RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Free shipping is not eligible on wholesale orders.
The cost of shipping will be charged to your account if the coupon is used.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Never Not Skincare. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. Please note that all products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned product. Refund does not include cost of shipping.
Unfortunately, we can not guarantee the return policies of retail stores which carry our products.
We make all efforts to find the most affordable and reasonable rates for shipping possible. We will ship worldwide, with only very few exceptions (when indicated by our shipping partners). We work with shipping platforms to compare rates to find you the best possible one, as well as the most reasonable shipping times for your shipment.
Our most frequent couriers are UPS, FedEX, Purolator and CanadaPost. We are sure to supply tracking numbers, and signatures when requested.
Please be sure to indicate any special instructions in the Notes section of your order. Rates are determined based on location, as well as the weight and size of your shipment parcel, and therefore rates and shipping times vary.
As we are eco-conscious, we try to limit the amount of waste, excess space, and limit packing supplies enough to ensure a safe shipment but without excess plastic waste.
We pack using biodegradable packing peanuts, and environmentally friendly materials. Please reduce, reuse, and recycle whenever you can.
