Even though 2020/2021 has been a challenge, we are forging ahead with a renewed commitment to bringing you, our customers, the best product and customer experience that we can provide.
As some of you may already know, the company was purchased and relocated in 2020.
This means a fresh new location, a fresh new management team, and some other exciting changes as well!
Our branding has been freshened up with a sleek new logo, and a slight name change.
NNS Nature’s Natural Solutions is becoming NNS Never Not Skincare!
This is because we are dedicated to caring for your skin in the most natural, effective way possible, so you can rest assured that no matter what, it’s never not natural, and never not caring for you and your skin.
We are also working on refreshing and adding some new products and scents, and this has already included the debut of some new Lip Conditioner flavours!
To go with our existing favourites of Sensitive, Peppermint, Strawberry, Watermelon, and Tropical Coconut, we are now also happy to introduce :
Cherry, Bubblegum, Chocolate Coconut, Strawberry Vanilla, Chocolate Cherry, and Chocolate Vanilla!
That’s now 11 great options that your lips will love!
(We are also open to suggestions too, so if you have one, who knows – maybe we can make a “fan favourite” option too!)
There are other product changes in the works too, including ideas for new scents for multiple products, and eventually completely new products to help continue to meet your natural skincare needs.
We are also dedicated to be present and available for you, and ready to help and address any questions and concerns you may have.
This means that aside from weekends and statutory holidays, we will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours of you contacting us. It’s just one more way we want to be able to be there for you and your skin.
