WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Fragrance Solutions is located in Delia, Alberta Canada. We are a new company that started in August of 2006. We plan on building our inventory on a monthly basis so please check back often for new fragrances and essential oils arriving regularly.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP AND WHAT ARE THE CHARGES?
We will ship worldwide and charge actual shipping charges, we do not inflate our shipping rates nor do we charge a handling fee. Due to flashpoint values some fragrance oils will need to be shipped by ground.
ARE YOUR OILS TESTED, ARE THEY SKIN SAFE?
All our oils are top quality and are pure and uncut. We will strive to only carry oils that perform well in our own applications and will NOT carry oils that are known soap seizers. All our oils are skin safe. If there is a maximum usage rate then it will be marked on the particular fragrance oil.

ARE YOUR ESSENTIAL OILS ORGANIC AND UNCUT?
All our essential oils come from farms that do not use chemical fertilizers or pesticides. All our oils are pure, top quality, uncut oils.
CAN I GET A SAMPLE OF A FRAGRANCE OIL BEFORE I ORDER IT?
We would be glad to send you a sniffie of any fragrance oils you are interested in but for now we do not supply free samples, sorry.

You alone are responsible for testing and ensuring that your purchased fragrance oils are suitable and safe for the application you intend to use them in.
